2. Services

We provide professional services including:

  • Design Solutions (branding, packaging, UI/UX, creatives)
  • Tech Solutions (website development, web apps)
  • Digital Solutions (marketing, social media, ads)
  • Video & Animation (editing, motion graphics, production)

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information
  • You will not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
  • You are responsible for content/material provided to us

4. Intellectual Property

  • All designs and creative work developed by Packads Design shall remain the property of Packads Design until full payment has been received.
  • Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights of the final approved deliverables shall be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Packads Design reserves the right to showcase completed work, including designs, visuals, and project details, in its portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional channels.
  • If the client wishes to keep the project confidential and restrict it from being displayed in our portfolio or marketing platforms, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be requested and signed prior to the commencement of the project. Additional terms or charges may apply for such confidentiality requirements.

5. Payments

  • Advance payment is required before starting any project
  • Remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery
  • Delayed payments may result in project hold or termination

6. Revisions

  • Limited revisions are included (as per project scope)
  • Extra revisions may be chargeable

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss
  • Third-party issues (hosting, platforms, etc.)

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated.
