Once a payment has been successfully made to Packads Design, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or reversals of payment after the transaction is completed.

3. Service Nature

Our services including Design Solutions, Tech Solutions, Digital Solutions, and Video & Animation are customized and tailored as per client requirements. Due to this nature, refunds are not applicable at any stage of the project.

4. Client Responsibility
